Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Verification & Documentation:
Shipping will be conducted only after the successful confirmation of customer details, including Name, Phone Number, and complete Shipping Address with a valid Pin Code. Due to the nature of our products, providing a valid Government ID Proof and payment confirmation is mandatory before dispatch.
Tracking & Responsibility:
Once the payment is confirmed and the order is dispatched, shipping tracking details will be shared with the customer via SMS/Email. The customer is directly liable to track the parcel timely and ensure availability at the time of delivery.
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Our standard timelines are:
- Delhi NCR: Within 6 Hours.
- Neighboring States: 3 to 5 Working Days.
- Rest of India: 7 to 10 Working Days.
Stock & Cancellations:
All orders are subject to the availability of stock. Eagle Air Gun House reserves all rights to cancel an order at any stage due to stock unavailability or technical issues. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a refund will be initiated.
Note: Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, festivals, or courier partner delays.
